How to Live Life Backwards

Imagine living your life in reverse – starting with the ailments and struggles of age,

then gradually reclaiming the vitality and agility of youth.

This isn’t a plot from a fantasy novel; it is and will be my reality.

Reversing the Aging Process

As a child, I was trapped in a body that felt decades older.

Now, I stand as a testament to the ability of the human body to rejuvenate and heal itself.

I never did sports, like it should be, as a growing & developing human.

Today, I know the importance of supporting the child with their physical development through movement.

Instead, I played video games for hours and fucked up my posture.

Playing Playstation Portable.

I remember being on holidays for 2 weeks in Bodrum, Turkey

and straight up only playing Playstation.

Compounding this,

an abusive father contributed to a tense home environment, causing my nervous system to be constantly on edge.

One of my health issues was a tooth filling made of amalgam, which has a lot of mercury, a harmful substance,

and I had it in my mouth for over ten years.

The metals are constantly evaporating.

That was the icing of the cake for a total non integral existence in your own physical body.

A amalgam toothfilling is a oldschool way. The amalgam consist of 70 percent mercury, which is a neurotoxin.

Imagine having that in your mouth for over 10 years

Later on, of course I was curious about why I am so incompetent with my body.

Generally speaking, I was also a late bloomer with my physical maturation.

I went to several physicians.

I was diagnosed with multiple blockages in the spine and skoliosis.

I remember one physician just saying “good luck”.

These blockages were physical but had a psychosomatic root cause.

The Turning Point: A Symbol of Healing

I believe that through will, supported by justice and science, you can reach anything.

I tattooed the eye of Horus on my chest

This eye is representative for the healing capabilities of the human body.

The healing power of the subconcious, the unknown, the bottom part of the iceberg.

It was an adventure to go through the trauma with the intention of healing it.

I believe that feeling pain is healing.

Be aware of it.

Don’t numb yourself.

And then literally feel the physical change in the body.

Over the years, I have gotten pretty good at healing myself, now I can say I am more fit,

capable & strong then most people.

Especially for my lightweight.

But going through the motions only is not enough.

You have to be aware of the invisible threads.

The thing is…

I had all the shit accumulated in early childhood

and was lucky & intelligent enough to understand what was going on.

The other way around it is for most people.

They start young and fresh, and get more intoxicated over the years,

losing life quality & then think its “aging”

The Invisible Threat: Environmental Toxins

And the rapid decline in life quality has environmental reasons.

I found some important information from the Klinghardt Institute.

They say we are living in a time of mass extinction.

Goodbye to clean air, water, and healthy food.

They are all being replaced with chemicals.

Tons of them are released every week without proper safety studies.

Our oceans are filling up with harmful substances like mercury and depleted uranium.

And guess what? It's not just affecting the environment; it's affecting us.

Our bodies are constantly interacting with our surroundings.

Whatever is out there ends up inside us.

Our bodies are trying their best to detoxify and keep up, but they are losing the battle.

We're seeing more neurological illnesses, skin disorders in kids, and a whole range of health issues that were unheard of 30 years ago.

It's like we are slowly being poisoned, and most of us don't even know it.

We think we are living normal lives, but our bodies are struggling to handle the constant exposure to toxins.

These toxins are not just a physical problem; they affect our minds and emotions too.

Think about it: toxins can cloud our thinking and influence our mood.

Have you ever felt unusually sad or unable to think clearly?

Toxins in our environment might be a contributing factor.

And it's not just about feeling mentally off. These toxins can drain our energy, making us constantly tired and lacking motivation.

Practical Steps for Minimizing Toxin Exposure

How do you get rid of those invisible threads?

Well, first of all, you can’t

But:

  • you can be aware of them.
  • do reserach, be aware of them
  • do not get too anxious about it
  • you can minimize the exposure to them
  • set systems in place that avoid exposure
  • buy products that focus on this problem solution
  • you can establish a yearly routine to get rid of them again
  • do detoxes, fasts
  • support your body with movement & good quality water

Keep in mind!

If you don’t filter what you take in, your body is gonna be the filter.

But also, being overly anxious about anything is not good.

keep the balance.

You can’t escape to the exposure, and the human body is fascinatingly capable of handling the situation.

The danger is really only in the extreme in take of toxins all at once,

or the gradual accumulation to toxins over the years, through constant exposure.

Here are 3 areas to oversee:

This might mean choosing cleaner, more natural products

Being mindful of the air quality in our homes.

Get a water filter, DYOR (do your own research)!

Considering the foods we eat.

It's about making conscious choices to limit our interaction with harmful substances.

Being mindful of hygiene, especially with food and water,
can help prevent parasite infestations.


It's also worth considering natural remedies or treatments if you're concerned about parasites.

I have tried the metal detox, and it worked wonders.

Your pH Levels (are “invisible”, but you can feel it if you have certain awareness for it)

Maintaining a balanced diet, rich in fruits and vegetables,
and low in processed foods, can help maintain a healthy pH balance.

Being aware of how your body feels can also give you clues about your pH levels.


Things like chronic fatigue or digestive issues can sometimes be linked to pH imbalances.

We need to do things for the sake of play. Like a child.

be teachable & learn new things!


Pick up a new hobby at least every 5 years


Never get rusty in adapting to unknown territories.

This trains the recruitment of new brain cells,
which will keep your brain fit until the last years of yours.


I tell you, as soon as you think you know it all, you are getting old.


The teacher and the student are not far away on the spectrum.


In fact, the teacher knows how to be a student,

and the student knows how to be a teacher to the teacher.



On the end of the spectrum is naivity and arrogance.


Our goal is to have the balance between being teachable and being critical.

But most of you won’t follow this.

Leveling up is hard.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”

It is always excuses like:

  • I am getting old.
  • It’s just genetics.
  • You know, after thirty, it’s going downhill anyway.

No.

There is just way too many examples that show the opposite.

Conclusion: Empowerment Through Awareness

If you implement these changes,

You will give your body room for transformation.

It won’t be so busy holding the toxins anymore.

Your body will be ready to breath for a moment.

You will have more capacity to:

take in information, more cognitive performance

  • feel emotions, balanced experience of them
  • perform physically, less fatigue (thereby less injury)
  • regenerate quicker, because of cleared pathways
  • be creative, your output and productivity will be effortless
  • learn. Be open for new information and wisdom along the journey
