Hi peeps,
I went through my old posts again and found some gems, they have great content, but they are poorly written. So from time to time, I take the week to rewrite old posts. It's a great way to learn writing and laughing at your old version. Little joke there aside. But honestly, if you look at past writing and think:

"Wow, how self focused I was, and little empathy I had for the reader!"

I think writing is only as good, as people want to read it.
Here you have the 2nd Edition of "How to Live Life Backwards".


Imagine living your life in reverse – starting with the struggles of age, then gradually reclaiming the vitality and agility of youth.

This isn’t a plot from a fantasy novel; it can be our reality. I'll tell you how.

How did I got here?

As a child, I was trapped in a body that felt decades older.

I did not do sports, like it should be as a growing & developing human. Instead, I played video games for hours and misaligned my posture.

I remember being on holidays for 2 weeks in Bodrum, Turkey and straight up only playing Playstation.

Imagine being here and being glued to your device:

Compounding this, an abusive father contributed to a tense home environment, causing my nervous system to be constantly on edge.

One of my health issues was a tooth filling made of amalgam, which has a lot of mercury, a harmful substance, and I had it in my mouth for over ten years. The metals are constantly evaporating. That was the icing of the cake for a total non integral existence in your own physical body.

Later on, of course I was curious about why I am so incompetent with my body.

I was also a late bloomer with my physical maturation. I had a beard early, but I was just fragile.

I went to several physicians.
I was diagnosed with multiple blockages in the spine and skoliosis.

The eye of Horus: A symbol of healing


I believe that through will, supported by justice and science, you can reach anything. Out of the urgency to heal and to feel protected, I tattooed the eye of Horus on my chest.

This eye is representative for the healing capabilities of the human body.
The healing power of the subconscious & the unknown.

It represents the restored eye of the god Horus after his battle with Set, symbolizing regeneration and wholeness. Spiritually, it is associated with intuition, perception, and the ability to see beyond the physical realm. The eye is also linked to balance and cosmic order (Ma’at), embodying the harmony between the material and spiritual worlds. In esoteric traditions, it is often seen as a representation of the third eye—the gateway to higher consciousness and enlightenment.

This is how you get younger through the years. The other way around it is for most people. Most people start young and fresh, and get more intoxicated over the years, losing life quality & then think its “aging”.

Let me tell you, what you think is "aging", is losing life quality through accumulation of weight that you carry.

Be it physical(toxins, weight) weight, emotional (in your fascia), spiritual (through soul contracts), or psychological weight.

The Invisible Threat: Environmental Toxins

And the rapid decline in life quality has environmental reasons. I found some important information from the Klinghardt Institute.

We are living in a time of mass extinction.

They are all being replaced with chemicals.

We think we are living normal lives, but our bodies are struggling to handle the constant exposure to toxins.

And it's not just about feeling mentally off. These toxins can drain our energy, making us constantly tired and lacking motivation. Even more concerning, they can play a role in feelings of depression.

It's a heavy thought to realize that the invisible toxins around us might be the cause of our emotional lows.

Practical Steps for Minimizing Toxin Exposure


How do you get rid of those invisible threads?

Well, first of all, you can’t

But:

  • Be aware & research of the omnipresence of toxins.
  • Don't get too anxious about it.
  • Minimize the exposure to them through a systemic approach.
  • You can establish a yearly routine to get rid of them again.
  • Support your body with movement & good quality water.

Keep in mind!

If you don’t filter what you take in, your body is gonna be the filter.
But also, being overly anxious about anything is not good.

Keep the balance.

You can’t escape to the exposure, and the human body is fascinatingly capable of handling the situation. The danger is really only in the extreme in take of toxins all at once, or the gradual accumulation to toxins over the years, through constant exposure.

Here are three essential areas to oversee:


1. Environmental Toxins

  • Choose cleaner, more natural products.
  • Be mindful of indoor air quality.
  • Get a water filter—DYOR (Do Your Own Research)
  • Pay attention to the foods you eat; opt for whole, unprocessed choices.
  • Tip: Products with the shortest ingredient list are usually the best.

2. Parasites

  • Maintain good hygiene, especially with food and water.
  • Consider natural remedies or treatments if concerned about parasites.

  • Tune into your body—fatigue or digestive issues may signal pH imbalances.
  • Don't drink too alkaline or acidic water. Add a pinch of salt into alkaline when in doubt.

These three pillars will eat you alive if you don’t keep them in balance. But… there are more aspects to consider.

  • Learning recruits new brain cells, keeping your mind sharp for life.
  • The moment you think you know it all… you are getting old.

🎓 The Teacher & The Student:

  • A great teacher knows how to be a student.
  • A great student knows how to be a teacher—even to the teacher.

Balance is key:
Avoid naivety and arrogance. Stay both teachable and critical.
