Environmental Toxins are Everywhere: No Need to Panic Though

Environmental Toxins are Everywhere: No Need to Panic Though

Introduction: Embracing the Regenerative Path

I see myself as an Agent of Regeneration.

Regeneration of our mothers, fathers, daughters and sons.

Regeneration of our individual Mothers as well as our collective mother, called planet earth.

Regeneration of the Soil that our bodies are made of.

Our choices mark us. The earth feeds us, but our mistakes cost us dearly.

There were many mistakes being made along our history.

We poisened and still are poisening our children through our irresponsible actions and blind trust in authorities.

It happened to me too.

How many Vaccines did I take? Were they all really necessary? Why at this day and age did I still got an amalgam teethfilling? Are you sure it is safe to implant a block of neurotoxins into my bone structure Mr. Dentist?

To a child? It’s not gonna influence my development? What kind of disconnected dentist you have to be, to believe that.

I am sorry for you man.

And what baffles my mind the most is that you would have to discuss with a muggle dentist about whether or not mercury is dangerous. Even though is it widely known as toxic. What kind of ignorance is this?

Look at the facts on mercury. The danger is clear.

“Mercury and its compounds are toxic. Mercury forms organometallic compounds that pose an even greater health risk than its inorganic forms. Mercury primarily causes central nervous system damage.”

— Read here: The Definition of a Heavy Metal

Some defend amalgam fillings with weak arguments:

A great example of the hipocrisy seen in most mainstream school medicine dentist is this notion written in the article:

“But seriously, is it safe?

Mercury in its liquid form is really not good for you and should be avoided. However, in your filling, mercury is solid and stable. There is no evidence that it has an effect on the health of people with metal fillings.”

Are Mercury Amalgam Fillings Safe?

With no differentiation whatsoever. Such answers miss the point. The risk is real, needs a closer look. Not even explaining what “solid mercury” is opposed to liquid mercury.

I would even in certain circumstances agree that amalgam is a good short term strategy, if you plan to take it out eventually.

And how dangerous is it really to take it out anyway?

Nothing written about that. This the level of carelessness in our medical industry.

Seriously, are you kidding me? Having this filling in my mouth for over 10 years, I felt my breath and mouth taste being metallic. Can you guess how many billions of small traces of mercury molecules that could be over a span of years?

These articles lack depth and holistic understanding of human health. It’s undifferientiated, compartmentalised & fragmented bullshit. Sorry but not sorry.

My story? A tale of blind trust in what's prescribed, questioning every bit of it. This is what I mean by blindly following authorities. Just because we did it for years, does not mean we should continue.

It makes you wonder, why follow these norms?

And I already forgave my mother for allowing it. She was a poor immigrant who just could not knew better, how could I be mad at her for that? There is no way I could be.

I thank her for bringing me unto this world.

I came to this world with a natural trust that many have lost. A deep trust that mother earth is capable of it all. This belief led me to the conclusion that nature has a way. A journey back to nature's wisdom shows the way to heal. Always.

The good thing about working with nature is that the solution was always there before the problem. Think about it for a second. If you work in good intention for and with the forces of your surroundings, this energy will be transmitted back to you. The nature of this net, which is also called the morphogenic field, is to give back what you invest in it. Everything is based upon each other.

Everything does make sense.

And thats why this loveletter series about the neurotoxins and their detox protocol is bought to life.

I write this to inform you, the reader, that these so called “forever chemicals” that we will talk about, does not have to be in your body forever.

The one thing I learned from common natural sense, herbal medicine, permaculture designers, syntropic farmers and working for kasimirlieselotte.de is, that there is a plant for every disease. You just have to find it and the right protocol.

And there is a whole industrial sector that does not want you to know this. That’s not todays topic though.

Armed with this knowledge, we dive into nature's answer to neurotoxins.

Our Situation is Loaded: Navigating a Polluted World

Today, we live in a world filled with harmful substances that quietly harm our health and energy.

Toxic agents like heavy metals air, water, and food are a serious threat to our bodies:

Environmental Toxins:

  • Microplastics: Tiny plastic particles that pollute water bodies and soil, entering the food chain through seafood, tap water, and even air.
  • Metals: Heavy metals like mercury, lead, arsenic, and cadmium, found in industrial waste, lead-based paints, and contaminated water supplies.
  • Pesticides, Herbicides, Fungicides: Chemicals used in agriculture to control pests, weeds, and diseases, which can contaminate soil, water, and crops.
  • Hormones from Pharmaceuticals: Residues from pharmaceutical products, including hormones like estrogen from birth control pills, affecting water bodies and wildlife.
  • Air Pollutants: Including particulate matter, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and carbon monoxide, primarily from vehicle emissions, industrial processes, and burning fossil fuels.
  • Endocrine Disruptors: Chemicals that can interfere with the endocrine (hormone) system, found in many everyday products, including plastic bottles, metal food cans, detergents, flame retardants, toys, cosmetics, and pesticides.

To reclaim our health and well-being, we need to understand how these toxins can infiltrate and disrupt our lives.

From the air we breathe to the water we drink, we're continuously exposed to substances that can undermine our biological systems. These substances are not only common but can also build up in our bodies. This can cause many health problems that greatly reduce our quality of life. To protect our health, we must understand the risks and take action to reduce their impact.

Metals are natural elements that have a high atomic weight and density. They pose significant health risks because they are used widely and found in the environment. Toxicity from exposure to these known carcinogens can vary and affect multiple organs. The level of exposure and individual characteristics play a role. Humans have increased their presence in the environment. This has led to more exposure through different ways like industry, farming, and homes. Some metals are necessary for good health, but too much can be harmful. It is important to understand and reduce their impact on human health and the environment.

The How, Why and Solution for Toxin Overload

How do These Metals get into Our Systems?

Heavy metals are naturally found in the Earth's crust. They mainly bind with ores, oxides, sulfides, and other compounds. Weathering and erosion naturally release them into soil and water cycles. Certain regions naturally have higher heavy metal concentrations due to local geology.

However, the human impact on heavy metal exposure has significantly increased with industrialization, mining, and emissions. Sources include mining, making fertilizer, burning coal, burning waste, car emissions, and making steel, cement, and glass. It's believed that all surface heavy metals arrived via asteroids.

Humans mainly absorb heavy metals through food, contaminated water, cosmetics, or inhalation. While some heavy metal sources are avoidable, changing air quality is more challenging.

Amalgam dental fillings, containing mercury, also contribute to exposure.

The ocean is polluted with toxic heavy metals. These metals build up in marine life, particularly in fish higher up the food chain.

Agricultural chemicals, such as pesticides, harm the environment and our bodies too. This is well-known. Many people are now choosing to avoid conventionally grown foods with pesticides to protect their health. Organic farming is good for the environment because it uses fewer or no chemicals at all.

Recent studies have shown that pesticides enter our bodies through food. Researchers discovered glyphosate traces in 99.6% of urine samples in Germany. This affected both people who only eat organic food and those who don't.

The World Health Organization says glyphosate may cause cancer. It has been found in the air all over Germany. Unfortunately, glyphosate isn't the only thing we're breathing in. A study found 137 different pesticide ingredients and byproducts in the air in Germany. Among these were 30% of pesticides that aren't even approved for use anymore.

Even a little bit of pesticides can harm our organs, hormones, cells, nervous system, and ability to have children. They're primarily stored in fat tissue, meaning they're released during weight loss.

Losing weight too fast can overload the organs that detoxify if the body is already burdened. Scientists found pesticides in urine. They also found pesticides in fat tissue, various organs, and breast milk.

“The route back to health is to retrace your steps through sickness to understand the toxins you were exposed to.”

Steven Magee

Understanding Allostatic Load: The Body's Burden

Chronic stress causes wear and tear on the body, known as allostatic load.

This load is not just from psychological pressures, but also from physical factors like heavy metals and toxins. When we consider how environmental toxins affect our health, it's important to include the idea of allostatic load.

This concept looks at how toxins interact with our body's stress response. Environmental toxins can build up in the body over time. These toxins can make the body's stress response systems worse, causing more stress.

Allostatic load is the term for increased stress. Exposure to environmental toxins is an external stressor. It pushes our body's ability to adapt to its limits. Constantly detoxifying and adapting to these toxic insults can overload our body, leading to chronic illness and lower quality of life. We need to consider environmental toxins and their impact on our health. It's important to address these external factors to improve our well-being.

We need to manage stress not only mentally but also by reducing physical stressors in our environment, because our biological system as a whole does not differentiate mental from physical stress.

More on what a allostatic load is here: What is allostatic load

The Why: The Klinghardt Thesis as a Beacon of Hope

The Klinghardt thesis states that the main topic of our time is neurological diseases.

Today, significantly more people die from Alzheimer's and neurological symptoms than from cancer. Neurological diseases have surpassed cancer. The reason for almost all neurological diseases is the buildup of heavy and light metals.

Why is this the case? Neurology works like electrical cables. Currents flow through nerve pathways. Metal is needed for currents to flow. Currents do not flow through fat or proteins, but they do flow through metals. Our neurons have metals integrated within them, and our nerves have a strong attraction to metals. Metals in the blood are pulled into the nerves. Naturally, it should be zinc, copper, magnesium, and the good metals.

But if there are fewer of these substances, the body also absorbs the harmful metals into its tissues. Mercury is one of the most prominent among these metals. Because mercury is highly mobile. When you break a mercury thermometer and see the small beads on the table, they disappear by the next day. Mercury evaporates at room temperature and even more quickly at body temperature. The predominant element in amalgam fillings, is dangerous with its potent neurotoxic effects.

Mercury is mainly a gas inside us. It moves through all tissues until it reaches the nerve that absorbs it. Then, it binds to proteins. Just as other metals, like thallium or strontium, it mostly ends up in the bones but also to some extent in the brain, but significantly in the bones.

If we examine everything, we will always find that it leads to the brain and nervous system. In the end, we encounter either mercury or aluminum.

These are the two substances that always find their way there.

Metals enter cells, like nerve cells and glial cells in the brain, and bind to proteins after being absorbed and integrated.

And this binding has a half-life, it's estimated, of 32 years.

Yes. It takes 32 years for a mercury atom to be mobilized out of the cells.

We have our own mechanisms for detoxification, this return path is essential.

But we must dissolve these binding to proteins with help. We need to remove the mercury from the cell. We have to move it from outside the cell into a blood vessel through the matrix.

Then, we can excrete it by sending it to the kidney or the liver.

Yes, and all these paths to cover is a sensible detoxification.

And that is why this Loveletter is part of a trilogy series. The next episode will introduce the neurotoxin detox protocol by Dr. Klinghardt:

What and how to take it. What the process is and why we do it in that hierarchical order. So don't worry, you will get the sauce.

“A beautiful sidenote is, once the toxins and dramas are removed, you purify your life. Simplify and purify. What better way to live your life? Simple and pure!”

Tony Curl
