The 4 Pillars of Metaphysical Sovereignty

Let me tell you about a real life story about losing control.
The Izmit Earthquake incident in 1999 at a magnitude 7.6 shaped me into who I am today. I suspect being grounded was engraved in me in 1999.
The Earthquake Lesson
Imagine what an earthquake of that magnitude is.
Yes, 7.6 is catastrophic.
I was 3 years old.
The whole village was destroyed.
My mum told me it smelled like death afterwards.
Luckily my family members survived.
And how does it feel being in there?
Well, an earthquake is complete chaos. There is little comparable situations in life where there is less chaos.
Maybe worse than war.
But no need to feel pity for me.
I could and can not remember anything about this incident up until this point.
I sure will dedicate a whole newsletter episode to this topic.
And? What was there to do?
Really not too much, except for living it through.
I would love to say to “have trust”,
but that is hard to have in an earthquake of that magnitude.
Now see..
Most people,
They try to control everything.
They control their partners, friends & family, in all kinds of situations.
They use their intention to paint a specific picture of what others perceive of them.
They want a specific outcome of a situation, use emotions to manipulate people for their interest.
It’s a cry for help.
I still have controlling behavior, and my family members who experienced the earthquake also still have it.
We are not and will never be completely healed. It is also not about that.
But it taught me a spiritual lesson in review.
We will get to that later.
Introducing the Dance of the Bull
To be a sovereign means to have control and independence over one's own affairs. This includes political, individual, spiritual, financial, emotional, and intellectual aspects. Being autonomous means having the freedom to make decisions based on your own values and goals.
It also involves taking personal responsibility and not being influenced by others.
If you want to live a life of sovereignty, you must let go of things that aren't truly yours, trust the natural flow of life, and focus on your own business.
We will explore the multifaceted nature of sovereignty, getting you to embrace independence across all dimensions of your life.
This is the way of the bull.
Your inner bull.
And to chase the purity of that bull, you have to shed the bullsh*t of things that are not truly and profoundly yours.
In order to have control over your life, you have to know what you are not in control of.
And there is a lot what you can not control.
“The seeker is the sought. The bull is already there.”
OSHO
Minding Our Own Business
Another trait that keeps us away from our sovereign state:
Not minding our own business. Following story is a fantastic & funny example given:
There was a girl trying to get over the river, one of the group of monks picked her up and carried her over.
After going their separate way, one of the monks broke his embarrassed silence by saying:
”Do you realize that you broke monastic rule by touching and picking up a woman like that?”
The other monk said:
“Oh but I left her already at the other side of the river,
while you are still carrying her with you”
Allan Watts in “You’re it”
Most people are so busy thinking how it shoulda/coulda/woulda.
It robs their own energy & of their surroundings.
This is how much shame & guilt is engraved in us for centuries.
We explored the meaning behind why we flock together so tightly in our last Newsletter Episode
Why we have such an immense fear of being outcasted by our clan.

8 Ways to Fix your Lack of Courage
This entanglement of people side-eyeing our life is very natural,
but can hinder us in our growth towards sovereignty if we do not keep mental hygiene.
Body and Mind Misalignment
Our bodies need things like food, shelter, intimacy, stability, and occasional adventure. On the other hand, our minds are influenced by ideas, desires, and societal pressures. These mental constructs create a sense of need that may not align with our true requirements.
Our bodies need simple things like food, shelter, intimacy, stability, and occasional adventure.
Our minds can make us believe that we need the latest game console, makeup, or dining out for progress or fulfillment.
We are going downhill, by giving power to external forces
The sheer multidimensionality of influences that can be bestowed upon us is impressive.
You sell your soul on a daily basis.
These mental constructs create a sense of need that may not align with our true requirements.
Our minds make us think we need the newest game console, makeup, or going out to eat to feel like we're progressing or finding satisfaction.
For instance, when we click "agree" to a website's cookie settings, our information gets processed online.
Our intense desire for sugar could be because we have a lot of parasites in our bodies.
These parasites have mastered the skill of releasing neurotoxins into our bloodstream. These neurotoxins trigger our craving for sugar. That is their food.
Our unresolved issues with authority figures, such as daddy issues, can steer our lives in unhealthy ways.
We may feel pressure to impress someone who sees us as nothing more than a number, and this can drain us of our life force in the workplace.
We may also feel shame about our sexual behaviour because of an imaginary man in the sky who judges us.
This is shame engraved in us through institutional religion.
There is so much.
But how do you get out of this pothole now?
The 4 Pillars of Grounded Sovereignty
The only real light is within.
No outside force shall have power over you.
There is some guidelines I have put together for you to digest.
- Let go and let God:
The lesson here is that nature has you.
There is really little you can do, and the constructs we have built to keep us save as humans are ridiculous to what nature is actually capable of doing to us.Just like when flying a plane, there is only so much to do other than hope.
You might as well say bye to your life even before flying, because you are in such a helpless situation.Well, the thing is, you are always at the mercy at everything that is surrounding you.The structures protecting us, our health carrying us.The system we use to function is extremely fragile. We need to constantly maintain it, which makes it seem stable. How do you let go?Start small by trusting your surroundings. Meditate on trust.See a spiritual meaning behind your life. We are all at mercy of something bigger than us.Mindfulness whispers, witness the moment, no judgments.
Be like the quake-resistant structures, yielding to change.Drop rigid plans, cover uncertainties, and hold on to adaptable thinking.
Breathe deep, as if exhaling tremors, finding stability amid chaos.Ground yourself, like architects designing quake-proof havens. Meditate, breathe and grow out of your comfort zone.
- Mind Your Business:
The monk dealt with the task at hand, did the job and moved on.The KEY here is:
He was not hallucinatingly wrong when the important question arose.
The Monk was ready to a give a grounded, quick response to a rather important question.
And turned the other monk into an idiot.
How do you do that?
By keeping your own head free of thoughts about “should, could, and would”. Especially when it is about other people.
By that, your head is free enough to have quick responses like that.A simple routine to implement is cleaning your mental space with a small ritual before going to bed.
I am giving you the sauce here.
This is my exact wording I speak out before sleeping.
”Aho great spirit, Please draw all the energy, that I have spread through the web of consciousness, that belongs to me, back to me, in an instant!”
breath in abruptly
”Please push all the energy, that I have gathered through the web of consciousness, that does not belong to me, out of me in an instant!”
breath out abruptly
This ritual will help you clean your mental field, helping you to gain mental clarity, detach from thoughts and be still in your mind. You will feel the effectiveness increasing, the more often you do it.
- Be aware of the source of a Will, Urge or Desire:
Differentiate.
Feel out Nuances.
We need to differentiate between what our bodies truly need.
Know the mental constructs and conditioning that can cloud our perception of those needs.
This way, we can tell the difference between genuine body needs and mental conditioning. We need to eat for our bodies and minds, but we must be aware of when our eating habits are driven by addiction or conditioning.Someone with an eating addiction may be driven by the mind's attachment to the pleasure of eating.
Maybe they compensate lack of happiness & satisfaction in their life with overeating.
This can lead to false signals of hunger from the body, reinforcing the perception of need in the mind. An eating addiction is an example of someone being controlled by their mind needs.
They "think" they need to eat, and the body follows with false signals.Other influences, like parasites with their own agendas, can be taken care of with detox protocols.
Especially the Heavy Metal Detox Protocoll by Dr. Klinghardt is highly effective. Fasting is a practice observed by ancient cultures. It can help you gain control over your eating habits.
Fasting allows you to exercise self-restraint and take ownership of your relationship with food.Furthermore, DYOR, inform yourself. The rabbit hole goes deep.More on that will be in following Loveletter editions.
- Think & Act holistically:
Your everyday choices have immense power and responsibility.
You, as the consciousness acting your body & mind, are the supreme decision-maker for your well-being.It's like being the supreme court for your own nation. Our body has different organ systems. Each system has a specific role and helps you stay healthy. Think of these systems as layers.
They represent distinct aspects of your existence.
And they want different things.
To effectively manage and coordinate these layers, there needs to be something hierarchically superior. This “something” unifies and oversees the functioning of the different systems. This “something” is pure awareness.
You.
The divine spark — the first light.
Your conscious awareness is what comes into play here.Your essence controls each layer of reality through your organ systems, similar to how pure white light is broken into the colors of the rainbow.
Prism, whole spectrum light divided into the 7 colours (Source: Wikipedia)|
Imagine yourself as the person in charge of these needs and functions.Understand that pain and discomfort are feedback systems. As pure awareness, you can figure out what is best for your well-being by prioritizing the needs your body tells you.Your choices have consequences.
Your body's organs witness these choices. They keep a record of what you have done and neglected.Treat your organs with respect and care.

Conclusion:
Following these steps,
we shed the false skins of distortions and delusions about our dreams.
We decide if we choose freely or if outside forces affect our choices.
We have to uncover the nuanced truth and understand our life's purpose.
This includes our true nature. Facing our shadows. Seeing what we still have to work on.
There is no avoiding this evolution.
A speech in one song comes to my mind, I forgot the artists name, and he spoke about this:
“Even if something phenomenal happens and we discover that there is a galactic federation…
You would still be in the toilet of the UFO, see piss on the toilet frame and be like:
What the fuck is wrong with people?
You are gonna run into the same old problems.”
Ground yourself. Be sovereign.
And what will change if you implement the 4 Steps?
- You will experience less Inferiority/Superiority complex issues.
- You will be more emotionally balanced. You won't be triggered easily anymore. You will know that you don't have to have opinions about anything, or prove anything to anyone.
- No more giving away energy to external forces, which do not even benefit you.
- Overall experiencing more happiness & healthy relationships.
Sovereignty is the cure. Now more than ever.
Thank your for reading this.
